Refund policy
All Fear The Warrior products are custom-made, personalized, printed, engraved, or produced specifically for your order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review all product selections, sizing, personalization, spelling, artwork, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and the problem
If we confirm a production or fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or reprint at no additional cost.
Do not return or mail an item without contacting us first. In many cases, a physical return is not required.
Personalization and Customer-Supplied Information
Fear The Warrior is not responsible for errors in spelling, names, dates, artwork, sizing, colors, or other information provided or approved by the customer.
Once a personalized or made-to-order item has entered production, it cannot normally be changed or canceled.
Returns to Sender
Packages returned by the shipping carrier because of an incorrect or undeliverable address will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
